The Reformed Dutch Church of Claverack maintains a food pantry for those in need who live in Philmont and Mellenville.
Location The food pantry is located in the basement area of the Claverack Town Offices at 91 Church Street, Mellenville, NY. Schedule The food pantry is open every Tuesday between the hours of 10 am and noon and from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm in the evening. During the summer months the morning hours are suspended because of the park program. Food Donations Donations of food and/or money can be made at the Philmont Public Library. The pantry also needs plastic bags. They can be dropped at the library or the Philmont post office.
