TOWN OF CLAVERACK PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town Board has set up the following workshops and meetings:

Tuesday – October 30, 2012 – 7:00 p.m. – Public Hearing on proposed 2013 budget This will be held at the Town Office Building, 91 Church Street, Mellenville, New York and followed by the Regular Monthly Town Board Workshop.

Thursday – November 08, 2012 – 7:00 p.m. – Public Hearing #2 on proposed 2013 Budget. This will be held at the Town Hall, 836 Rte. #217, Mellenville, New York and will be followed by the Regular Monthly Town Board Meeting at which time there will be discussion and acting on the 2013 Preliminary Budget.

Pursuant to Section #113 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:

• Supervisor        $11,300.00
• Town Clerk        $23,866.00
• Town Justices (2)        $11,948.00
• Councilpersons (4)        $4,250.00
• Assessor (Chairman)        $14,000.00
• Assessors (2)        $ 7,725.00
• Superintendent of Highways        $49,695.00
