Claverack Town Park

The Town of Claverack offers a park and sporting facility behind its offices at 91 Church Street, Mellenville, NY.
The park is home to baseball and softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, soccer field
and a walking path. The smoke free park is open from dawn to dusk everyday (exception: the park is closed July to
mid August, from 9AM to 2PM Monday through Friday, while the Youth Summer Program is taking place).

Larger groups are welcome to hold events at the park, as well as have use of the pavilion and kitchen,
after first seeking the appropriate approvals. To check availability and request an application for Park Use Permit,
please call Town Clerk Mary Jean Hoose or Deputy Clerk Michele Fuchs at 672-7911, or stop by the Town Office,
Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
